Questions, answered
Is the agent safe to install on my server?
The agent is a single static binary that only reads system metrics and reports them outbound over HTTPS. It opens no ports and runs no remote commands. The install page documents exactly what it does before you run anything.
How long will it stay free?
Every account created during beta uses the Business plan at no cost. When paid plans launch we will notify you well in advance, and nothing you already created will be deleted.
Do you support ARM servers?
Yes. The agent ships for linux amd64 and arm64, so Oracle Ampere and Raspberry Pi are covered.
Where is my data stored?
On infrastructure operated by AgentTech in Vietnam. Each customer is isolated at the database level and metric history is retained per plan.
How do I cancel?
Delete your servers and account from the dashboard at any time. No lock-in, no exit fees.
How is this different from UptimeRobot?
Uptime checkers only see your site from outside. AgentWatch also runs inside: CPU, RAM, disks, services and container health, plus chat-native alerts through Zalo which international tools do not offer.
When are Telegram alerts coming?
Email and Zalo alerts are live today. Telegram is in active development and rolls out during the beta.
